PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

Before you apply for a travel visa, you must have a valid passport. Here are the requirements for a new passport or for passport renewal:

1st Timer
1) Birth Certificate (NSO)
2) Marriage Contract for married women (NSO)
3) 3 pictures on Royal Blue background 1.77 x 1.37 inches
4) Proper ID (SSS, Co. ID, NBI)
5) Personal Appearance
 
Renewal
1) Old Passport
2) 3 pictures on Royal Blue background 1.77 x 1.37 inches
3) Photocopy of Birth Certificate if passport was issued 10 years ago
4) Personal Appearance
